- Insurance: Commission from insurance companies

Either party may terminate the relationship with appropriate notice:
- 30 days written notice for advisory services
- Immediate termination for breach of terms
- Mutual fund investments can be redeemed as per fund terms
- PMS and AIF termination as per respective agreements
- Outstanding fees and charges remain payable
- We comply with all SEBI, AMFI, and RBI regulations
- KYC and AML procedures are strictly followed
- Client confidentiality is maintained as per regulations
- Regular compliance audits and reporting
- Grievance redressal mechanism as per regulatory requirements
- Continuous professional development and training
