Careers
Two cities, no vacancies today
Zenith Wealth is a distribution practice run out of Udaipur and Bengaluru. Four of us do all of it: the client calls, the paperwork, and the site you are reading.
We are close to hiring our first people beyond the four. This page exists so that when a role does open, you already know what the work is, and we already know you were interested.
Current status
No roles are open right now
We would rather write that down than run a page collecting applications for jobs which do not exist. If any of the areas beside this sounds like you, say so now: we keep a short list of people to write to first, and it is how the first hire will happen.

No dates are fixed. When one is, it will be printed here rather than implied.
What is the work actually like?
Most of it happens on the phone
A working day is calls, not dashboards. A family in Udaipur asks about a maturing policy in Hindi, an engineer in Bengaluru asks about a bond in English, and both expect an answer the same day. If you would rather write an email than pick up, this will be uphill.
A wrong answer costs somebody real money
There is no sandbox here. A misread exit load or a missed nomination is a family's money, and the call to explain it is one we make ourselves. So work gets checked twice, decisions get written down, and “I will find out” is a complete answer.
How we are paid is written down
Clients pay us nothing. We are paid a commission by the manufacturer of the product, out of the product, and that is stated on the product pages and in the terms rather than left to be discovered. New people find that uncomfortable for about a week. It also removes the most tiring conversation in this industry, which is the one about what is not being said.
Read the Who pays us clauseWe are a distributor, and the line matters
Zenith is AMFI registered as a distributor and is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser. That shapes what may be said to a client, in writing and out loud. Learning where the line sits is most of your first month.

Deliberately short, because there is nothing to apply for yet. Rajesh reads these himself and writes back to the ones he can place. About two minutes, and no CV upload.
Not job hunting?
Most people who reach this page were curious about how the practice is run rather than looking for work. The About page covers the same ground with the clients in view instead of the hiring.
