Health
Who needs it: everyone, including people covered by an employer, because that cover ends the day the job does and cannot be bought back at 52 on the same terms.
Who genuinely does not: nobody. This is the one policy with no honest exemption.
Insurance
Insurance is the one purchase where the useful question is how much your family needs, not how little the premium can be. We sell five categories, we say plainly which ones most people can skip, and we put the policy wording in front of you before anything is signed.

Most households need two policies, not five. Health and term do the heavy lifting. The other three are situational, and two of them are only worth buying because the law or a lender says so.

Who needs it: anyone whose income pays somebody else’s rent, school fees or loan EMI. Pure term, nothing attached to it.
Who genuinely does not: people with no dependants and no joint debt. A single earner supporting only themselves is buying a policy for the insurer.
Needs it: every vehicle owner, because third-party cover is a legal requirement, and anyone whose car would be painful to replace.
Does not: owners of a low-value second car who can absorb the loss. Third party only is enough there.
Needs it: owners in flood, cyclone or earthquake zones, and anyone whose home loan agreement asks for it.
Does not: tenants with modest contents. A structure policy on a home you do not own covers the wrong thing.
Needs it: anyone travelling abroad, where a single hospital admission can cost more than the trip, and Schengen applicants who must show it.
Does not: domestic travellers already holding health cover. You are paying twice for the same admission.
Our position
Three things are declined here regardless of what they pay us. If another distributor is pushing one of them, this is the page to read first.
ULIPs and endowment plans dressed up as savings. They mix two jobs and do neither well, the returns are opaque, and the money is locked for years. Buy term cover, keep the investing separate.
Critical illness stacked on a policy that already pays for it, personal accident bolted to cover you have through work. We check the wording of what you already own before adding anything.
Insurers pay different rates for the same category of cover. Where two policies are comparable on wording and claims record, the one that pays us more is not the one that gets proposed.
14 insurers, listed in full below. The set is bounded by what the Motilal Oswal agency covers and by Rajesh ji’s own life licence, so it is what we can service rather than everything that exists.

Yes, hold a personal policy alongside it. Employer cover stops when the job stops, and it usually stops at the worst moment, during a notice period or after a health event. Buying your own policy while you are well is what fixes your waiting periods early.
No. Nothing is charged to you. We are paid a commission by the insurer, which is built into the premium set by the insurer and regulated by IRDAI. Your premium is the same whether you buy through us or direct.
Because that is what we can actually service. It is the set covered by our Motilal Oswal agency and the life licence held in Rajesh ji’s name. A longer wall would look better and mean less at claim time.
Yes. We chase the third party administrator, gather the documents the insurer is asking for and escalate through the insurer’s grievance channel. The decision belongs to the insurer, and if it stands you can take it to the Insurance Ombudsman.
For health cover, portability at renewal lets you change insurer while carrying your accrued waiting periods, if you apply 30 to 45 days before renewal. Servicing can also be moved without changing the policy. Bring the schedule and we will read it first.
They are arranged for existing clients through Policybazaar rather than sold as a focus. Motor and home are largely price comparisons on standardised wording, and you can do that yourself in ten minutes without paying anyone for the help.
Next step
Thirty minutes, on a call, reading your existing wording line by line. If your cover is already right, we will tell you that and nothing needs to change.
