What Zenith is not.

Zenith Wealth is a distributor. It holds no registration to give investment advice, to manage a portfolio on your behalf, or to operate a bond platform, and it does not do those things.

  • Not a SEBI-registered investment adviser

Zenith does not provide advice for a fee and holds no SEBI RIA registration. Nothing on this site is a recommendation.

  • Not a registered portfolio manager

Zenith holds no PMS registration and never has discretion over your money. PMS products are facilitated through Motilal Oswal.

  • Not an online bond platform provider

Zenith operates no OBPP. Bonds and NCDs are transacted through our partner's registered platform.

What a distributor does instead: it executes and services. Zenith helps you complete the paperwork, places the transaction with the AMC, issuer or insurer, and stays with the account afterwards: statements, switches, nominations, claims, redemptions. It earns a trail commission from the product maker and charges you nothing for distribution.

Is my money held by Zenith?

No. Zenith never holds your money.

Where the money goes
Funds move from your own bank account directly to the AMC, issuer or insurer. Zenith is not in that path and cannot receive, hold or move your money.
Whose name it is in
Units, bonds and policies are held in your own name, with your PAN and your nominee, held with the AMC, RTA, depository or insurer, not with Zenith.
If Zenith ceased trading
Your holdings are unaffected. You would transact directly with the AMC or appoint another distributor; nothing needs to be sold or moved.

Who you are actually dealing with.

Two people, both named, both findable. The licences are held personally by the first of them.

How is Zenith paid?

Zenith is paid a trail commission by the AMC, issuer or insurer whose product you hold, a share of the expense the product already carries. You are charged nothing by Zenith for distribution, and no fee is ever collected from you directly.

  • Who pays

The AMC, issuer or insurer, out of the product's own expense ratio or commission structure. Never you.

  • When

Trail. Paid for as long as you stay invested, not up front. If you redeem, it stops.

  • Disclosed

Commission rates for any product you hold are disclosed on request, in writing, before you transact.

What that means for incentives

Commission rates differ between product categories, so a distributor paid this way has an incentive that is not perfectly aligned with yours. Two things limit it here: trail is paid only while you remain invested, so churning your portfolio costs Zenith money rather than earning it; and rates are disclosed before you transact, so you can ask what Zenith earns on anything under discussion, and should.

If something goes wrong.

Raise it with Zenith first. If it is unresolved after 30 days, or you are not satisfied with the response, escalate. The route below is the regulator’s rather than ours, and it works whether or not we cooperate.
