Terms of use
These terms cover your use of www.thezenithwealth.com. Product-specific terms come from the manufacturer of the product, not from us, and are set out in the documents you sign at that point.
Who you are dealing with
Zenith Wealth is the trading name of the practice carried on by Rajesh Kumar Pancholi, AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-331900, with offices in Udaipur, Rajasthan and Bengaluru, Karnataka. Every registration under which this practice operates is held personally by him.
What this service is
Zenith Wealth distributes financial products. It is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, not a SEBI-registered Portfolio Manager, and not an Online Bond Platform Provider. Nothing on this website is personalised financial advice, and nothing here should be read as an opinion that any particular product is suitable for you.
What we do is describe what is available, explain how it works, and place it for you if you decide to proceed. The decision is yours. Where a product is placed through our partnership with Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, that firm is the registered intermediary and Zenith introduces and services the relationship.
Explainers, calculators and product pages on this site are general information. A calculator returns arithmetic on the numbers you type in, under assumptions we print on the page. It does not know your circumstances and is not a projection of what you will get.
Who pays us
You do not. Zenith charges no fee to any client for distribution. We are paid a commission or brokerage by the manufacturer of the product, which is the asset management company, the insurer or the issuer, out of the product itself.
That arrangement is disclosed on every product page rather than buried here, because it is the single most useful thing a reader can know about a distributor's incentives.
This applies through the current phase of the business. If a fee-charging service is ever introduced it will be a separate engagement with its own written agreement, and it will not be introduced quietly.
Accuracy, and the things that go out of date
Parts of this site publish third-party figures with a date attached: bond yields, deposit rates, claim settlement ratios and issue windows. They are accurate as at the date printed beside them and they go stale on their own. Each page states when it was last refreshed and warns you when it is old.
We take care with these and we do not guarantee them. Before you commit to anything, the authoritative document is the one from the manufacturer: the scheme information document, the prospectus, the policy wording or the disclosure document.
Where those documents and this website disagree, those documents are correct.
What we are not liable for
Investment outcomes. Markets fall, issuers default and insurers decline claims, and none of that is within our control or covered by anything on this site.
Losses arising from your reliance on general information here in place of the product documents, or in place of a conversation about your own position.
Interruption of this website, or of a third-party service linked from it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links to other sites
This site links out a great deal, on purpose: to AMFI, SEBI, NSE and BSE so you can verify our registrations yourself, and to manufacturers so you can read the source document. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
A link is not an endorsement, and being named on this site does not imply any relationship beyond the one described on the page.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of this site belong to Zenith Wealth. Zenith Wealth is a registered trademark in India.
Third-party names and marks that appear here belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only, without implying affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.
If something goes wrong
Start with us: grievance@thezenithwealth.com, acknowledged in writing within 3 working days and resolved within 30 days wherever possible. The full escalation ladder, including the routes that work whether or not we cooperate, is published on our verification page.
If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it is referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The seat is Mumbai and the proceedings are in English.
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction subject to the arbitration clause above.
Events outside anyone's control
We are not liable for failure to perform caused by something genuinely outside our control: exchange or depository outage, regulatory suspension, failure of a partner's systems, natural disaster, or loss of power or connectivity.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will publish it at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change with it.
Continuing to use the site after that period means you accept the revised terms.
